1. SG2000 in MOSFET and electrical circuit testing perform well.

  In July, 2007, SG2000 has been used（including SOP/TSSOP/MSOP encapsulation）in Kelvin testing for one year. The testing is stable until now, performs well, solves the problem of the Kelvin testing, and also satisfy the customers. And in the customers’ testing, the consuming cost for finger droped in a continuous way.

2. Domestic testing handler acquires the American IC manufactory’s order for the first time

  Whether we will be accepted by the American IC manufactory, is an appealing and difficult challenge to any IC handler company. In June, Xufeng Handler experienced a serious proof, got the famous American IC company’s authentication, and was accepted as Production Platform. And we got the order from them, and also deliver the products.

3. The IC Testing Handler which was exported to America and Singapore is ready to operate

  Xufeng’s PTB and Lead Contact, both IC testing handler, will be delivered to our American and Singapore customers in July on time.

Currently，all Xufeng’s PTB and Lead Contact testing handler support Duplex testing and various ways of connection.
